Short Term:

Our short term anticipated outcome is to inspire girls to think about a career in the STEM field, especially girls of all ethnicities. We expect to have more girls thinking about attending college or pursuing higher education.

Long Term:

Our long term anticipated outcome is to have more girls enrolling in college, earning degrees, and applying for scholarships. We also want to see the gender gap close in STEM careers and see equal percentages of women and men in what used to be men dominated fields. Seeing women in STEM will become consistent.
